As a Mental Wellbeing Coach, I've mastered the art of living an aligned, intentional life filled with things I am excited about and running a business that's productive.

3 years ago, I quit my corporate job to prioritize my wellbeing after feeling burned out. But when I started my business, I fell back into old habits: pulling all-nighters and working 10+ hour days to prove my worth. I tried all the quick-fixes (massages, bubble baths, business coaches) to make myself feel better, but the feeling didn't last.

I knew in order to make a permanent change, I had to be intentional. So, I slowed down, reconnected to myself and simplified my routines, and found the freedom, inner peace, and overall wellbeing I’ve always longed for. 

Today I’m feeling the happiest I ever have with lots of time to rest and live life, and my business and clients are thriving because of it. Now I’m here to help you do the same!
