about slow girl season

Slow Girl Season blends nervous system care, soft structure, gentle biohacking and cycle-aware tools to support you in your becoming era, because life doesn’t need to be optimized, it needs to feel like yours.

I’m a globe-hopping rest advocate, former New York hustle girlie, and founder of Slow Girl Season, a next-gen wellness brand for women in their “what now?” era.

Very into: golden retrievers, dewy skincare, pop musicals, and avoiding calls since 2020. Equally obsessed with cozy nights in (foot wiggle mandatory) and booking spontaneous flights across the world.

Caught between big city ambition and countryside dreams with rescue dogs, a skincare fridge, and Twilight on repeat.

Meet the founder, livia

Fancy corner office, Louboutin heels, and power lunch emails.
I subscribed to Women’s Wear Daily religiously, interned at fashion PR agencies, and happily stayed late hoping someone would notice.

For years, I poured myself into building a career that looked impressive, hoping it would finally make me feel enough.

Spoiler: it didn’t.

On paper, I had it all together.
Behind the scenes? Chronic UTIs, burnout masked as ambition, and a body constantly in fight-or-flight.

Growing up, I wanted to be Editor-in-Chief of InStyle

I was tracking everything—my steps, my sleep, my mindset, but still felt off. And I couldn’t figure out why doing all the “right” things still didn’t make me feel whole.

Eventually, I realized it wasn’t about quitting my job. It was about getting honest with what my habits, my environment, and my goals were actually creating. I didn’t want to hustle for a version of success that didn’t even feel good once I got there. I wanted a life where peace wasn’t a vacation, it was the baseline.

So I stopped performing wellness and started living it.

I moved to Bali to heal. To Sydney to recalibrate. I swapped the highlight reel for real alignment. I took messy action, even when I was stuck, even when the clarity hadn’t landed yet.

That’s when Slow Girl Season was born, not as a business plan, but as a lifeline.

SGS isn’t about aesthetics or endless self-improvement. It’s about nervous system–aligned living. Tools that actually help on a Tuesday when you’re overstimulated and emotionally fried. It’s for women like me, high-functioning but tired, craving something real.

I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself, focusing on creating calm routines and freedom NOW, not once you've reached $10K months.

We’re not another wellness brand pushing perfectly-lit routines or techy dashboards that leave you feeling like a productivity robot. We’re not about self-improvement for self-improvement’s sake or “that girl” advice dressed up in neutral tones.

We exist because I know what it’s like to follow all the wellness rules and still feel like something’s missing. Because I thought I wanted the New York corner office, until I realized I was chasing a dream built more on proving others wrong than actually feeling good. And yet, that same drive gave me the grit to create something better.

Slow Girl Season is the in-between. The recalibration. The space between who you were and who you’re becoming.

Because your habits shape your life but so do your beliefs. And I’m here to help you shift both.

If you’re in your “what now?” era… welcome. You’re not behind. You’re just becoming.

We don't believe in "That Girl"
