You've started your biz for the freedom to cuddle your dog whenever you want and flexibility to go on a Wednesday morning hike just because you can.
But instead, you're struggling to juggle all the balls and your health has taken a backseat.
Your days are spent doing a little bit of everything and you keep falling into reactive mode, struggling to move the needle.
If only you could run a successful business, focus on projects that get you excited and have time to pamper yourself all at the same time.
Guess what? You will. You are. You just need a little help.
You deserve to have the business, money, and healthy lifestyle you dream of.
Self-care, mindset work, boundaries, solo dance parties, and that cute dog videos are the answer to everything
Dark winter mornings, scary movies, snakes, coffee, Tequila, superficial relationships and small talk
YouTubing Jive routines, singing, getting excited and overly emotional about the little things (yes, seeing a dog counts!)
Stretching, plenty of water, a walk outside, exercise and good skincare.
All throughout college, I did EVERYTHING to get a break into New York's fashion scene. Subscribed to Women's Wear Daily, interned at prestigious PR agencies, and happily took out the trash at 9pm after everyone went home.
It was everything I dreamed it would be. Except, I was miserable.
I wanted to prove old bullies wrong by building an impressive looking career and was married to the "live to work" mentality.
But then I got sick. Chronic headaches and crippling anxiety attacks, drained by daily commutes and forced small talk with toxic people. I stayed in bed all day, couldn't sleep at night and spent my weekends at doctor's offices.
One year later, I finally quit my job via Zoom (the day COVID was announced a pandemic) without an idea about what to do next, but with a lot of determination to never feel this way again.
I started freelancing by helping influencers with social media, later built it into a VA business, pivoted into Pinterest Management and finally landed on the wellness niche for entrepreneurs as a Lifestyle Designer.
BUT: I fell into old patterns working 10+ hour days and pulling all-nighters to prove my worth and success. I had zero boundaries, a million ideas, let clients walk all over me, a terrible relationship to my phone and lost sight on the single most important reason I started my business for: to rest, take time for things that are FUN and prioritize my health and wellbeing above all else.
I tried all the quick fixes to make me feel better and spend money I didn't have on constant massages, expensive clothes and business coaches I wasn’t ready for… and while those things did alleviate some of my overwhelm, the feeling didn’t last long.
I knew in order to make a permanent change, I had to be intentional.
So, I slowed down, upgraded my environment, simplified my routines, and began working with a mindset coach, and through it all, I found the freedom, inner peace, and overall wellbeing I’ve always longed for.
I made my self-care a priority and implemented non-negotiables to prevent falling down this path again.
As soon as I made those changed, I started feeling much more in alignment and my business blew up soon after with my work featured in Create & Cultivate, Thrive Global and Medium because of that.
And they've had big results!
Intentional and undivided time spent with what's important to them, taking off work for a full weekend to live life guilt-free, and rearranging commitments that no longer leave them feeling drained AF and instead rejuvenated and content.
Putting biz over body isn't sustainable, so I'm here to help you achieve happiness in your business through working smarter, finding self-care rituals that work on your terms, and restructuring your day so you can make self-care a priority.
Picture it now: You're in the driver's seat with a daily get-to-do-list that feels manageable and only has you working from 10am - 3pm with the rest of the day for you to enjoy.

Let me be honest for a second, Lemon was supposed to be the name for my future Golden Retriever.
But, impatience got the best of me and I started looking for other uses of the name.
When it came to brainstorming names for this business, Lemon stuck. I’m a huge sucker for the Mediterranean and always felt drawn to the warm colors and happy memories I had from childhood summer vacations there!
Lemons are symbols of abundance, prosperity, good luck, purification, love, healing, and a sense of well-being - so it seemed like a natural way to tie my brand together!
I like to explain Made With Lemons as a play on two phrases:
“Made With Love” = what my services represent, because I care!
“When Life Gives You Lemons” = I take your life and business from a Lemon Sour to Peach Bellini!
